+The rooms were really clean and comfortable to stay in. Had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to and overall it's a great stay.
−Had to wait at the lobby for a while as the rooms were filled and there is a pre-booking system at the hotel which for some reason is not available in this app so anyone booking, do get in touch with the hotel staff about it. Even though I had to wait a while, the staff quickly prepared a room for us although it wasn't the same one but they did provide me with an alternate which was satisfactory for me.

+⭐ Very Disappointing Stay - Daan Orchid Hotel My experience at Daan Orchid Hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff behavior was very poor and unprofessional. At the time of booking, my reservation clearly stated that no advance payment was required and payment could be made at the hotel. However, the hotel staff repeatedly pressured me to make an advance payment and kept sending payment links again and again. The room was also not properly clean, and the bathroom condition was very poor. The overall setup felt more like a basic lodge than a proper hotel. Considering the booking experience, staff behavior, cleanliness, and room condition, I was completely fed up and disappointed with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their service, cleanliness, and customer handling.
