+Its location in Palmer is perfect! It felt like a home away from home and had a gorgeous view of the mountains from the back door. The fireplace was an extra treat!

“Awesome property, new and very clean, huge bathroom, highly recommended”
+This is the best stay for my family’s visit of Alaska. The property manager was very responsive for addressing any question, and the unit is perfect with everything we needed including a washer and a dryer that was really valuable after a week of stay in hotels. Even the sofa bed over comfortable. Highly recommended to any traveler in Palmer region.
−I was a bit surprised initially by the $500 security deposit which I thought was too much. Though I was told it was just to ensure no damage to the property which we know there won’t be, so I was fine with that.

“Great location nice room”
−The black out curtin in the bedroom could be better, still let light in around edges if there was the shade + curtain it would b better

“Wonderful stay despite the upstairs guests”
+So new and clean. Had everything that we needed (plus more)
−There seemed to be very little insulation between the upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs guests were running around all night until we had to whack on the ceiling at 11pm to get them to stop running/jumping
