“Hotel not trading - all closed up on arrival.”
+I was hacked off both with the hotel and with hotels.com. Upon our arrival, we found that this hotel was closed up and evidently no longer trading. The reception door was not just locked but chained up. There was no-one around. No furniture in reception and litter on the floor. Telephoned but the call was rejected. Had to find another hotel urgently. This was despite hotels.com sending me the usual e-mail a few days before reminding us of our booking and wishing me a good stay. I only hope that I am not charged or I will be extremely angry.

+This a basic hotel in front of the train station and close to the brige where you can see the viaduct. No refrigerator in room and very basic furniture. Very clean and nice staff

“Corrct”

+We had a bad journey with terrible rain and we didn't get to the Hotel till 11pm only to find that they had given away our rooms. there were no vacancies anywhere to be found so we ended up driving through the night. I would never rely on this hotel again.
