+The customer service was amazing! We were met with warmth and friendliness! It’s in a more quiet part of town so that was also a bonus! Private parking lot and the breakfast was also good

“Positive impression overall, but with some room for improvement.”
+The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located very close to the park and the sea promenade, with lots of restaurants nearby - so the fact that there is no actual restaurant in the hotel is not an issue. The breakfast is quite good.
−The furniture quality was dubious - we had to replace one of the chairs as it was falling apart; and one of the windows fell into the room and had to be reinstalled. Also, the quality of the internet connection was not great - there were parts inside the room where I could not connect.

+The location, the staff and the room size.
−The TV was not working. It was not a big deal for me that’s why I did not mention it to the hotel.

+We had an amazing stay at Chatto Hotel! The staff really made the stay special. From the first moment at the check in desk, we had a great impression from how welcoming and helpful the staff were. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Nice comfortable beds. Tasty traditional breakfast. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tuzla. Thanks and see you again next time!
−Nothing.

“Muhteşem Ötesi 🥳”
+Bize her imkanı sundular.

Zahlreiche Gastronomie in direkter Umgebung. Für uns ist dieses Hotel eine Riesenentdeckung. Wir werden gerne wieder dort buchen. Für uns ist dieses Hotel ein Geheimtipp. Herzlichen Dank an das Personal.
−Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.
