“Overall pleasant stay, however the room standard was lower than what's shown on the pictures”
+The staff was wonderful, going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need before and during our stay. The location is very convenient, lots of free parking spaces available in the neighbourhood, many restaurants and shops as well. The metro station is just opposite the hotel entrance making it super easy to commute. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast, although the room may feel a bit cramped in peak hours. They also offer many discounts to use for various attractions in the city.
−The standard of our room wasn't exactly what it looks like in the pictures. I assume we've been assigned this room because we were only staying there one night, but still it was a little bit disappointing. It wasn't lacking anything, it was just quite outdated in comparison to what's shown on the pictures. While overall it seemed clean, the old bed runners, scratched walls or stains on the carpet, were not exactly what we've expected.
