−Having a luggage to get the room is not easy because there is upstairs ahead. Thanks for a male staff helping me a bit.

“Can't trust Jonathan”
+The soft bed and the room set up
−Jonathan had answered my question about arrival and he gave me a false assumption that if I arrive early, I could check in if people were checking out that morning. When I arrived, I learnt that I had to wait till 2pm to check in. Habib, the staff that day was kind so I didn't cancel my stay. He allowed me to freshen up. The next day on my check out, I had an interview. Jonathan told me I can come back and change after my interview cause I left my bags behind. It was 33°C. I'm coming from Melbourne where it's cold. When I came back to the hotel after my interview, Jonathan told me I had to leave and can't access even the toilet. It was a hot day. I just needed to change and remove my makeup. That's it. But once again, false information from Jonathan. I had to leave. I was coming and leaving via overnight train so it made the entire experience even harder.
