+We did not eat breakfast. Not how our lives are scheduled.
−Nothing really. We were happy with all amenities.

“Comfortable, Quiet, Clean!”
+Quiet & Comfortable! Very clean, nice layout, cabin feel. We normally stay at chain hotels when traveling and chose to support that local communities with this trip. Pricing was slightly lower than our typical chain stay, but the staff, room cleanliness, & comfort were better than our typical experience. We recommend doing the same! You won't be disappointed.
−Bathroom was a bit on the smaller size, but quite manageable.

“Cozy, friendly, cute. A great experience to break up a longer trip.”
+It is a nice, cozy place. Much more character than the larger chain hotels that we stay at. The owners/operators were very nice and accommodating. Good internet, good value, good location.
−We emailed our arrival time through Booking.com, but they must not have saw it - because they later texted asking our arrival time. We we driving, so the phone is off, and did not see their follow-up inquiry on our arrival time.

+This is a typical small and older but well maintained and well managed facility. It’s a real family operation that appears to take pride in providing a wholesome atmosphere. No it’s not modern with all kinds of frills, but it is just right.

“It’s an okay, place”
+it was nice it was clean. Could tell that it was definitely new.
−The lady is very nice, but the gentleman on the other hand is a little iffy. He warned me about a little thing and turn around and still charged me for it. He wasn’t the friendliest when I had spoke to him a few times.
