+Really impressed with this small hotel … very friendly and clean, spacious room with a good quality bathroom. The bar and restaurant area were good too. Excellent for the price.

+Had a fabulous holiday at Cavala. The hotel has real charm and the Friday nights have a great atmosphere. Banana Republic immediately across the road where the hotels pool and bar is, is a great space, beautifully maintained garden and great food and enthusiastic staff. Will definitely recommend. Balcony was a good size with a great view. The only negative was the amount of large ants in the bathroom which there were more than just a few. It maybe was due to just being after the monsoon.

+Excellent location 16 foot+ ceilings spacious, 2 balconies great food. Rent motor bike cheaply 10$ a day I think. Highly recommended. No wifi except in restaurant area but internet via SIM card is cheap. Close to all. One of the first buildings built colonial style. Great staff. It’s the spot to stay

+Old world charm,a shock on my arrival after staying in a large city hotel in Mumbai. After we settled in and could see the staff made every effort to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms were large but a bit spartan as far as luggage storage and bed side drawers but very clean and presentable. Its like staying in an family hotel of yesteryear.Good breakfasts and tasty Goan cuisine, ate there often and very good.
