There was no TV in either of our rooms, we didn't get water even once (despite asking), and the dustbin in the bathroom had previous occupant's litter in it - YUK! When we asked for TVs (as per hotel.com description) - they found one (no remote) for one of our two rooms but it could only play content off our own laptop. WIFI is incredibly slow. Some meals were good but availability of ingredients was problematic. Across our stay there were times where there was no water, no local beer, no wine, no teabags, no sweetner, no diet coldrinks, no butter, no fish, no bread, no rolls. Buffet ran out. At the price we expected better planning. At first, owners and their friends were in residence. Paying guests got the distinct impression that they were less important than the owners. When their was a buffet - the owners ate first. When there were plated meals, everyone got the same options except the owners table who ate much better. The owners were clearly only interested in hosting their own friends. Management staff were hardly
