“Exceptional accomodations!”
+From the moment of check-in to check out we were greeted by friendly and helpful personnel. Front desk was exceptional. The restaurant was a welcome surprise with a classy atmosphere, delicious food and large menu. We took the 7:00 am ferry the next morning and were 5 minutes max from the ferry terminal. The beds were so comfortable and the room spotless. we stayed in a family room and it was very spacious with 3 queen beds. If you're looking for accommodations in Stornoway, this is the place!
−No improvements need be made. The entire facility exceeded expectations.

“We had stay, the room was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and nicely disassembled friendly.”
+A very good location and very handy for the ferry, a good central location in Stornoway.
−The room we had backed onto the lift and was quite noisy

“Customer service atrocious”
+Nothing
−I booked because of a flight cancellation. 1 hour later I needed to cancel as flight cancellation was a mistake. Caladh would not refund me £180 I paid. This spoilt the rest of my holiday. I will probably not use Booking. Com again.

“Perfekt beliggende hotell i sentrum”
