“Your manager fixed a bad situation into the best experience we have “ever” been thru. had”
+The manager was unbelievably helpful owing to a room mix up. It was after hours, the manager immediately came to help us and deeply apologised, to the point of offering us a much more expensive room at no cost. She was a saint as we were exhausted from travelling and she helped us with amazing compassion. Thank you so much

“Thankful to get one of the last rooms in parkes”
+Clean and comfortable accommodation with plenty of shared amenities.
−I was in room 11 and it was noisy as it was at the top of the stairs. The sensor light from outside also shone through the brick vent holes at the top of the wall. I definitely will bring ear plugs and an eye mask if there's a next time.
