+Qualità prezzo eccellenti. Struttura nuova, curata e pulita. Staff cordiale, disponibile e professionale.

+Space, location
−I would prefer a bigger 2nd bed, not only a sofa. There was enough space in the apartment.

Muitos supermercados e restaurantes no entorno. O check-in e o check-out são via internet. Os atendentes são muito simpáticos.
−Faltou um guarda-malas. Não são repostos sabonete, papel higiênico, ...

“Friendly and helpful team!”
+I had a very positive experience and was especially impressed by the manager, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He was very accommodating regarding the parking situation and seemed to know what I needed even before I had to ask. It definitely gave me a very good first impression of Stuttgart. The room had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I booked very last minute, on the same day, so I paid a higher daily rate of around €150. At that price, I felt the value for money was good rather than excellent. However, at a rate of around €80-90, I would consider this a top location and excellent value for money. Overall, I would happily stay here again.
