“A comfortable, relaxed stay that allowed us to explore the Isle of Man refreshed each morning.”
+My room broadly fulfilled expectations: clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard and solid, and the roast dinner on the evening that we ate at the built-in restaurant was excellent, involving a generous portion size at a reasonable price. Checking in and out was seamless. The Internet bandwidth was adequate.
−As expected, the room was slightly dated, despite being clean and functional. The seat of the toilet in my room would not stay up on its own, which was a minor inconvenience as a male traveller.

+Sandra was very attentive and helpful. She made sure that we had everything we needed. The restaurant staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. We were disappointed that the a la carte special offer on the Website was out of date and hadn't been removed as we had already decided we would eat in on our first night. The menu was not really extensive which was a bit of a let down even though the food was delicious. The staff apologised for this oversight. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
−Apart from the issue mentioned above everything else was great.
