“Great location. Make sure changes have been made”
+Location is absolutely perfect. Our apartment looked over the Place des Heros and the town’s beffroi. However a few things need to be improved. We booked for 4 adults and we were given just one bath towel. There was loads of dirt and built up dust on surfaces, along baseboards, and under the sofa bed when we opened it. Sofa bed also had no sheets or pillows available. Fortunately for us one of party had already been to this property because our welcoming email did not mention which door we were supposed to use in the very large square. We were given one key for four adults meaning coordination was necessary if we wanted to spilt up and do our own things.

“Great location but amenities are lacking”
+Amazing location. Nice building and inside the appartment. Very smooth checkin. However- a few things need updating. Toilet, wifi, microwave worked sporadically. Some power sockets don’t work. No hand soap or shower gel and a few small bottles of half used moisturiser. Blankets rather than duvet.

+Great city well worth a visit, defo coming back, book at this hotel to be bang in the centre of it. People friendly, food really really good, family always accommodated. Visit to the war cemeteries was emotional and a must.

+Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately our room was infested with bed bugs. Killed one bug. Found 16 bites on me the next morning. And two on my kid. Definitely puts a damper on our stay in Arras.

“Basic with a great view.”
+Lovely view of Place de Heroes Square. Basic room, but very clean. Would have been nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

“Very good Arras hotel in the best location”
+Stayed one night. Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Room overlooking the beautiful Arras Town Hall on the very attractive Place des Heros. Can't get better than that. Tourist information office is just inside the Town Hall. Good breakfast with many items.
