+Loved having a king-size bed along with other beds. Pretty clean. Front desk staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly.
−Noise from people running up and down the stairs. No breakfast.

+Just saw a little mess on floor left from previous guests. But bed was very comfortable. The shower could have been a little cleaner also. But really not that bad at all.

+For a low budget motel, this met my expectations. Very convenient location and great value. Pleased with what I paid for and would recommend this for other roadtrippers.

“Staff was polite and friendly.”
+The room and bathroom were clean. The laminate flooring gave the feeling that it would be easier to maintain than carpet, plus wouldn't hold odors as much.
−It was very smokey smelling in the hall, but thankfully the room we were in did not smell of smoke. The upholstered chair in the room was very worn and didn't look clean, so chose to use the hard plastic desk chair for sitting when needed.

“Do NOT stay here”
+Very rude lady at front desk, chomping on chips and lazy. Was told the room card machine was broken by the previous front desk person, needed $10 to get a room card. TV was out in the entire place, was told maint. was out of state and to stream on my phone. Problem never fixed. We left after an hour of arguing about that and other things. Never again. Do not stay here. One of the worse experiences I have ever had in a hotel/motel. Wish I could give a -1000 star.
