+A fairly comfortable room, although walls are thin and noise travels easily. The pool provided much needed respite from the heat of Leon. The breakfast was also delicious!

+A great place to stay in Leon. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lucia!

+The place is nothing like they present it in the promotional marketing… the entrance is an alley… no air conditioning in some rooms, no hot water, the bed has no quality sheets and pillows. The place is basically an old house converted to make money of turists. HOWEVER, the worst part is the lack of customer service training, the lady at the entrance desk is poorly trained, defensive , and could not care less about our concerns.

+The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They helped us with rides to and from the property as well as excursions. The amenities are simple, but everything was very clean. The property was a little bit of a walk to popular destinations, but this made it a quieter stay as well.

“HERVORRAGEND!”
