+Honestly nothing it was intresting in this hotel. Title: Unacceptable Bathroom Facilities for a Hotel of This Size! Another very disappointing and surprising issue was the bathroom. There was a sign clearly instructing guests NOT to flush toilet paper down the toilet. However, incredibly, there was no trash bin provided anywhere in the bathroom! If guests are not allowed to flush used toilet paper, where exactly are they supposed to dispose of it? On the floor? This is a basic hygiene issue and something that should be obvious to any hotel management. For a hotel of this size, such poor attention to basic sanitation and guest comfort is completely unacceptable. If the hotel expects guests to follow its bathroom rules, it must at least provide the necessary facilities to do so. I found this situation extremely strange, unhygienic, and unprofessional. Management seriously needs to pay more attention to these basic details.
−Title: Very Poor Communication and Unfair Extra Charges - Be Careful! I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional way this hotel handled our stay. We initially booked one night through Booking.com. Because we wanted to extend our stay, we made another reservation for two additional nights at the same hotel, also through Booking.com. Both reservations were fully paid online. What the hotel failed to tell us was that our second reservation was for a different room category. Despite having several reception staff members, nobody informed us that we needed to change rooms before the 12:00 PM checkout time. We left the hotel that morning believing everything was fine because we had already paid for the next two nights. Instead of informing us in advance, the hotel waited until after checkout time to contact us. Approximately 17 minutes after noon, we received a message warning us about an additional charge for staying in the room. They then demanded an extra 540 Philippine pesos! This situation could easily have been avoided with one simple explanation from the reception staff: "Your new reservation is for a different room, so please arrange to change rooms before leaving the ho

+Cleanliness is ok
−The parking facilities were terrible. The ramp leading up to the parking area was too steep, and there wasn’t enough space to manoeuvre the car safely. The entrance was also very difficult to navigate, making the whole experience stressful and dangerous. We almost had an accident while trying to get through. The parking area needs serious improvement to ensure the safety of drivers and their vehicles.
