+Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questo appartamento! Eravamo in tre e il terzo letto era un divano che si unisce, ma devo dire che era comunque comodo. La posizione è super, vicinissima al centro e comoda per tutto. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio e siamo stati molto bene. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

“Appartamento invivibile causa della puzza insopportabile”
+Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era più che perfetto. Dappertutto si sentiva un buon profumo. Peccato che in poco tempo, una puzza insopportabile che veniva in modo continuato dai tubi del bagno e che non andava via anche con tutte le finestre aperte, ha cambiato l'appartamento da perfetto in invivibile. Abbiamo chiamato la proprietaria spiegandole il problema. Appena arrivata lei, senza pensare due volte, senza vergognarsi neanche un pò, ha detto che non cera nessun odore e che aveva tutte le carte in regola dalla ditta che aveva eseguito i lavori. Oltre il danno anche la beffa. Ci siamo sentiti non rispettati e anche presi in giro da lei. Da quel momento la mia vacanza di due giorni a Sofia è stata rovinata. Leggendo le recensioni su Booking, abbiamo visto che stesso comportamento aveva usato anche con altri clienti. Poveri clienti futuri!

+Fiyat performans olarak iyiydi. Ev sahibi cok ilgili. Park yeri var. Ev temizdi. Otoparkı vardı. Bulgaristan da Otoparkı önemli.
−Asansör cok eski ve korkutucu ama eski bulgaristan asansörü belli Binanın merdivenleri temiz değil cok fazla örümcek ağı var merdivenlerde. Ama Ev temiz olduğu için sorun gok

“The best stay in Sofia! Great hostess! Highly recommend. Would stay again.”
+This hotel was chosen as it met our budgetary criteria, included free, on-site parking, and was within walking distance to almost all sites of interest. We arrived by car. The apartment was located on a one-way street in central Sofia and was easy to locate and navigate. We contacted our hostess via Booking.com before arrival and were greeted by a very friendly English-speaking Bulgarian woman. Our room was located on the fourth floor, reached via an elevator. The apartment was huge, clean, nicely decorated, and filled with all modern amenities. It was located in the center near sites, restaurants, the nicest supermarket we have ever seen (Kaufland Central Market Hall), and Serdika II metro station (and probably trams and buses but we didn’t use those). The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our hostess was super friendly, helpful (so many great suggestions), and available - the best! We had considered staying at an international chain hotel where my husband has points and am so glad we didn’t! Between comfort, value, free parking, and location, Sofia Central Luxury Apartment can’t be beat! Highly recommend. Would stay again.

+Emplacement à quelque mètres du centre, appartement super confortable, place de parking privé du super luxe. Commerces à proximité. Contact hyper sympa et réactionnel. L'ascenseur un régal !!! Faut le voir pour comprendre...

+Ev sahibi gerçekten çok enerjik tatlı birisi çok yardımcı oldu. Evin içi çok temiz ve geniş. Mutfakta ihtiyaç olan herşey var. İnternet çok iyi çalışıyor. Üç kişi çok rahat konakladık.
−Konum meydana yakın olmasına rağmen bulunduğu sokak ve apartmanın eskiliği biraz tedirgin ediyor.

“budget friendly stay near centre”
+The property is located walking distance from the centre. The bed was comfortable and the space was spacious and bright. It had everything we need. The host was responsive and kind. The parking is a big upside.
−This is not a fault of host, but the building is very old and due to age apartment smells off since it’s very humid. Also, the neighbourhood is not nice.
