+Price, room size
−Basement; pipes everywhere in the shower, hearing the host upstairs pretty often (guess they were hearing me the same way)

“Outside the center but just a leap away only by free bike offered by host”
+Friendly host helped to carry the baggage to the room. I had even two beers in the fridge and best of all was the bike. I used it to go everywhere as Munich is perfect to ride by bike. Free parking near the property
−all was fine

+Room was big and beds, pillow bedsheet all were good
−The owner is a bit strict in his principles like switching off internet from 23:00 to 8:00 to avoid wasting electricity..one day I forgot the key inside the apartment and I got locked out at 23:30...the owner switches off internet at 23:00..that's fine..but he switches off his mobile to save power..I called him by phone, knocked on the door...He did not respond and finally I had to sleep outside in the cold without even a bedsheet. And in the morning 6 o clock when I knocked at the door, he got angry... otherwise the apartment is good, comfortable

“Very good”
+Big, clean and comfortable room. The kitchen is little but with a lot of furnitures. Good position, near the train station.
−I will suggest to add curtains: - in the room to smooth the light; - in the bathroom to hide machinery.
