“Atmosfera autentica e posizione interessante”

+Siamo state 2 notti. Posizione perfetta! Vicino alla medina. Posizione tranquilla. Appartamento comodo per 6 persone. Noi eravamo 5 donne.

+Our host Aziz was the best, welcomed us with tea and snacks. Helped with everything, patient with my daughter, made a lovely breakfast. Neighborhood is so nice, and a little away from the touristy places, which is refreshing. Will stay again

“Intimidating staff ruined stay”
+Good breakfast, room as was described, good location
−The hotel owner was aggressive to us for the duration of our stay which was intimidating as we were 2 young women with 2 children. This was because we had requested an airport shuttle (2 separate cars due to 2 different arrival times) but there was nobody waiting with any sign like all the other taxi drivers. After 45 mins of waiting at the taxi collection point (she had 2 young children) they got a separate taxi. I arrived later and paid for data so could find the driver but he was angry that my sister did not have data to find him in his random location (and the airport free WiFi wasn't working). They were angry we didn't pay him double fare. The owner then punished us by not letting us keep our bags for 2 hours the following day as we had previously arranged so we had to change our plans for the day

“Kedves vendéglátás, remek elhelyezkedés, de néhány kényelmi hiányosság.”
+Kellemesen telt a marrákesi tartózkodásunk. Különösen tetszett a szállás elhelyezkedése, ahonnan könnyen elérhetőek voltak a város fontosabb látnivalói.
