+Super location - a warm welcome - lovely people !
−All is good - they need to keep the bar open longer for resident guests perhaps.

“Lovely room, tremendous views, super food and attentive staff.”
+The food was superb and excellent value for money. The room was lovely and had a fantastic view out over the bay. The staff were very friendly and only too pleased to help. We enjoyed our stay so much we are considering a return visit in the near future.
−The wifi was very patchy. It worked reasonably well for the first day or so of our stay then cut out completely. However, for us this wasn't a huge problem.

“Lovely folk, lovely environment”
+very friendly and kindly staff and a warm welcome
−The grading revolves around the mattress! A good one is fundamental. This one seemed to have subsided on one side significantly so it passively kept trying to roll you out. More or less had to head to the middle but it woke me up x2
