+Terrible experience. No one picked up my calls 24 hrs before check-in. When I arrived, the lift wasn’t working at all (not just “sometimes” like they claimed), and I waited nearly 2 hours at reception with no staff in sight. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9 AM, but they cleared everything early everyday up until 3 days of my stay , looked more like cost-cutting than hospitality. Worst of all, a staff member agreed to let me check out at 11 on my last stay at the hotel, but a rude woman (maybe the owner?) barged in, cursed at me, got in my face and threw my luggage out. I felt completely bullied and humiliated. No guest should ever be treated like this. This place was a huge mistake , avoid this nightmare of a hotel at all costs. Never again.
