“Room cancelled by hotel 30 minutes before arrival”
+We arrived after a 3 hour drive from Colombo to find the hotel had emailed 30 minutes earlier to cancel our booking. I was told there was no water or electricity in the room due to an unforeseen maintenance issue. They did at least find us alternative accommodation. Still waiting on being refunded for the original booking

“Absolutely fabulous”
+Selvi , Abi and Madhu deserve to be recognised for their amazing service from the time we arrived for our 4 night stay , the girls were always smiling always helpful, we loved the daily towel art in our very clean and cool air conditioned room , then we enjoy the lovely pool and then we were spoilt rotten every morning with the delicious traditional Sri Lanka breakfasts , we give this hotel 6 stars

“Good vibes”
+The Hotel Supreme in Dambulla is definitely recommended. We stayed 4 nights in the superior room and had no problem at all. The hosts and the staff are courteous and very helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and after a long trip you can easily enjoy your beer at the fika bar.
