+Local to city centre
−Room needed a good dust and hoover and no heating on only had a little electric heater which wasn't sufficient enough for the size off the room so it was still cold

“Overheated room with insufficient ventilation”
+Good location, spacious room.
−On one of the hotter days of the summer the room was like an oven with no means cooling it down. Very difficult to sleep due to oppressive heat. Provision of a basic electric fan could have made the room conditions more bearable but the only fan in evidence was, I was told, for the exclusive use of the assistant manager.

+Arriving there, the hotel was noisy, with musical performances. We were scared it would disturb our sleep. But when we got into our room, the noise died down.
−The room was big and clean.
