“Vakue for money and plan to have a return stay in an upgraded room.”
+Staff courteous and fast to respond. location and value for money.
−Insects all over the place during night. They say this happens on a rainy season. Maybe you can source out equipment like UV light placed in every room.

+They have swimming pool
−The property is lovely, but because it had rained right before our stay, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any mosquito coils ,so we kept getting bitten whenever we were out in the yard. It would be a huge improvement if the hotel could provide some pest control

“A 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices.”
+Great views.
−Should be peaceful, but is noisy from the nearby road. Restaurant shuts at 5 pm. Doesn't quite live up to what it says.
