+Found the restaurant to be a little underwhelming and was expecting much more fresh fruit. Staff were helpful and cheerful. The main person we would like to recommend was Trev. He is a real asset to your business and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

“Positiv überrascht und leider zu kurz”
+Der erste Gedanke als wir ins Zimmer kamen: Wieso haben wir hier nicht noch mehr Zeit gebucht? Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Abholung am Flughafen (Transfer kostenlos) mit freundlichem Empfang. Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit (reservieren Restaurants auch außerhalb für einen oder im eigenen), organisieren auch Transfer wenn benötigt (Kosten auf Hotelrechnung möglich). Das Zimmer ist groß, das Badezimmer hat auch eine gute Größe. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Eine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. 2 Pools mit vielen Liegen und ein toller Sandstrand mit ein paar Liegen. Für Schatten am Strand muss man etwas ins Gebüsch rücken. Es gibt Kanus auszuleihen und man kann dort schnorcheln und schwimmen. Am Strand ist auch das Restaurant mit Außenterrasse und einzelnen Tischen weiter unten am Strand. Frühstück war okay mit einer gemischten Auswahl je nachdem was man gerne mag. Das Hotel und Restaurant haben eine Wasseraufbereitungsanlage somit kann man auch Kranwasser problemlos trinken. Es wird eine Reservierung für Abends empfohlen egal wohin man möchte. Abendessen war okay ich hätte mir mehr local Optionen gewüns
−Motzen auf hohem Niveau aber mein einziger Wunsch wäre noch mehr lokales Essen im Restaurant. Sonst fand ich alles super. Es ist in noch viel schöner als der Eindruck, den ich von Booking hatte.

“Our stay in paradise”
+The whole experience was exceptional, from the time we arrived at the airport. Rangi and Trev welcomed us with open arms,big smiles happy vibes and a lei. The resort was beautiful, even after a cyclone the whole team was out clearing the resort and they are such a happy and loving people you can't help but get caught up in the beauty of the place. You know why its called paradise. The food,service and our rooms were very clean. We will definitely be back

“Unfreundlicher und unkooperativ geht nicht wie in diesem Ressort”
+Die Lage der Unterkunft war an einem Strand mit sehr viel Korallen und man konnte nicht ohne Schuhe am Strand laufen und ins Wasser. Das Wasser war auch bei voller Flut maximal Hüft hoch.
−Wir hatten eine Suite mit Pool gebucht, die es aber gar nicht, gab. Stattdessen haben wir eine sehr dunkle Bude bekommen, die jeglichen Charme vermissen ließ und keinerlei Aussicht hatte. Das Personal im Front Office war unterste Kategorie schlimmer geht es nicht. Auch das übrige Personal hatte die Freundlichkeit nicht gelernt. Lediglich zwei junge Serviererinnen waren sehr freundlich. Wer den Urlaub sich nicht verderben will und sich nicht ärgern will, sollte dieses Ressort meiden.

“An amazing place to stay!”
+Loved this resort. Lovely setting on a gorgeous beach, spacious comfortable room, free airport transfers, excellent breakfast included really, really good food and the staff were next level amazing.
−The only disappointing point for me was having to pay an extra $60 per night for a single bed to be put in our room. So an extra $240 for 4 nights and there is nothing about this on their website

“Nice place to stay but services need a lot of improvement”
+The setting was beautiful and the room was clean and well-appointed. The pool was spotless and the restaurant and bar nicely decorated with a great view, vibe and good music. The food was high quality and fresh, good selection on the menu. The cocktails were excellent and there were good drink specials on offer. Complimentary airport pickup and a warm welcome from the driver.
−The resort lacked a coffee machine so guests had to visit a neighbouring resort. Spa and massage services were also unavailable. No bicycle rentals available. The general attitude of the staff towards us as guests was disappointing and unwelcoming. We were unable to book dinner on our first night as there was a function. We ended up in next door resort. We found the Tamana Resort staff next door much more approachable and friendly. During our stay, it rained and our room didn’t have any umbrellas. When we asked for one, we were given a broken one that we couldn’t use. The staff made no effort to find us a functional umbrella. Waiting times for food were shocking long. We understand we were on island time but we waited 60 minutes for a meal when the restaurant wasn’t busy.

“Disappointed”
+Good view and foods, the island night was great.
−One of the staff members (manager or in charge?) was extremely rude and unprofessional, and failed to provide the level of service reasonably expected from the property. We booked two consecutive nights at the same property, with a Beachside room for the first night and a different room type for the second night. On the second morning, we left early for a diving trip and returned in the afternoon. We were then told that because we had not vacated the Beachside room by 10am, we would either need to pay a late checkout fee of $50 per hour or continue staying in the Beachside room and pay the additional difference. I understand that we should have checked the checkout time, and I acknowledged to the staff member that this was our mistake. My concern is not primarily about the charge. I politely suggested that, since the property knew we were staying for two consecutive nights but changing rooms, it would have been helpful if someone had reminded us at check-in that we needed to pack our belongings and vacate the first room by 10am. Had we been told, we would absolutely have done so before leaving for our diving trip. The staff member’s response was extremely disappointing. They told m
