The only issue is that I was without towels for 2 days until I was able to reach one of the housekeepers and they were able to hand some. The rest was very clean and good place to stay.

Very easy to check in and out, took ages for the water to heat up in the shower, couldn't work the radiators in the room but there was a Dyson, bathroom floor was marble so colder in there, floor was dusty - I know some could have come off our shoes but would have been useful to have a dustpan and brush.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a couple with our pet. The management was exceptionally friendly, especially the manager, Mustafa, who was incredibly attentive and helpful with everything we needed. The building is very new, only recently opened, so a few minor room items are still being added, but nothing affected our comfort or experience. The location in Charlottenburg is excellent, safe, peaceful, and with easy access to street parking, which was a big bonus. Overall, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. We genuinely felt welcomed and well looked after, and we’re confident it will be even better in the coming weeks as they complete the final touches. Highly recommended!
