+Nice rooms, cosy
−I was not informed in advance that the wellness area was closed for renovations/works. I was not informed in advance that it would not be possible to have an evening meal as there was an event in the hotel. I didn't really mind but asked for a discount. No-one acknowledged my request or answered my request yes or no. Another thing is breakfast is only served from 7.30 weekdays which is too late for many people on business in Belfast for the day - I couldn't stay after 7.30.
