“Beautiful room, but very odd location.”
+The room was beautiful!
−The hotel is located in a sports club. We had to have dinner in a noisey club restaurant and the wasing machine/dryer didn't work and the we couldn't get our "free drink" as the main bar was shut ...

“Lovely staff and excellent facilities.”
+The staff were professional and welcoming. The facilities are excellent, and the extras like free water and some complimentary minibar drinks were an unexpected and welcome surprise. Also, the bed was so comfortable that getting up the next morning was a bit hard!

“A good stay, maybe a few improvements”
+Friendly efficient staff, well appointed rooms, easy parking. Complimentary drinks were a bonus.
−I felt for a 5 star accommodation there would have been table service for breakfast and dinner. Having to go to another bar to buy wine to go with dinner was a bit below standard.
