Ens van posar a una zona horrible de l' hotel i l' habitació no era triple, sinó doble i petita on no hi cabíem,no ens vam sentir gens ben tractats.

“A great base for seeing Bilbao.”
+A lovely hotel in a good location. Five minute walk to the nearest metro station and a short train journeyto the city centre. Stayed there during the total solar eclipse in August 2026. Enjoyed a wonderful view of it from the rooftop terrace.
−The paid car park was quite expensive for four nights.

+Excellent staff: friendly, efficient, and professional.
−I booked for one night and later booked for the following night as well. I was disappointed that this could not be at the same price as my original booking. The response seemed to be generated by a machine rather than a person. The parking was confusing as I had hoped to have a choice of open or closed parking but there was only space in the garage. My GPS brougt me to the attached health club entrance, not the hotel one, and while this is not the hotel's fault, they could makw guests aware of it.
