+We were given a room where the bathroom had flooded. After complaining were moved to a better room ; bathroom. Manager had an attitude. Not apologetic.

+The hotel was a short walking distance to the Damascus Gate of the Old City. The hotel itself was comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was vert satisfactory but staff could be a bit more attentive to the coffee machine which needed cleaning inside and out. Also, it's not good when there is no milk at breakfast as happened on one occasion.

+Mi estadía fue muy placentera, un hotel a toda regla en lo que respecta limpieza, orden y atención. Incluso me guardaron un objeto que se me había quedado y me lo devolvieron.
