+Very nice front desk staff and my room was quite spacious and clean, but I would not have booked the room if I knew it was located some distance from the centre of Troyes. I did not like the idea of walking at night.

+The hotel is fine and a good value but the staff is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We needed help retrieving a lost item from our previous hotel and they helped us track it down. The location is good, only a short ride to down town Reims. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean.
