“A good stay but room for improvement”
+Room size was good, all very clean, good location and very comfy beds - friendly staff Think we would have had a better stay if we had a different room
−Initially difficult to find & somewhere to park, finally found their car park spots but said we couldn’t park there even though there were multiple free spaces. Unfortunately had a poor nights sleep which has ultimately led to the downgrade of review score. Our room was right next to the lift which was noisy with people coming and going in both the night and early in the morning. Walls/door very thin so woke us up every time. Housekeeping also starting hoovering very early, again, very loud. Our AC unit also sounded like a giant fish tank for some reason, too warm to turn off so again, more disturbance through the night. Didn’t use the coffee pods in the room but was surprised at check out when they asked if we had, there was no sign to say they were not complimentary.

“We were allocated a lower-standard rooms without spa access which was disappointing.”
−The hotel has two buildings about 50m apart with significantly different accommodation standards, which is not clearly indicated in the booking options. Based on the photos and presentation, we understood we had booked nice, higher-standard rooms with access to the spa facilities. Unfortunately, the rooms we were given were quite different, and the spa was neither readily accessible nor offered for our use.
