“Stentralt og greit sted”
+Sentral beliggenhet, deilig frokost, hyggelig betjening. Badene er noe slitt og gamle
−Badene er litt slitt. De fleste sentrale hoteller mangler en takterrasse eller et uteområde

“Average”
+The overall feel of the hotel was nice.
−The rooms were a little dated and it was a bit of walk to the centre (fine if just adults, but we had a 5 year old with us who wasn’t keen!). I was very disappointed by the swimming and leisure facilities. I booked this hotel as it said it had a heated swimming pool, it did not. The sauna worked one of the days, the Turkish bath I.e steam room, didn’t work either day I tried and smelled really bad. I would have booked somewhere else, closer to centre if I had known the pool was not going to be heated (despite being advertised as such).

“Disappointing for a 4/5 star hotel. It needs a maintenance uplift”
+The feeling of space throughout . Staff were efficient.
−The swimming pool was cold and in a dangerous condition because the banisters into the pool wobbled severely. I thought they were a safety risk . Tiles needed regrouting. One of the showers in the steam room area wasn’t working . The whole area was not maintained. In our room, one basin was cracked and the grouting around the toilet base was missing. So general lack of running maintenance.

“Great hotel, clean modern and close to the old town center”
+Good hotel. Lovely staff, clean rooms and facilities.
−Hard to find fault so I’m gonna be pedantic. Possibly the lack of towels in the bathroom
