“Okay enough but nothing to write home about”
+Location
−The toilet was a gas station toilet, the sink was hard to turn off and dripped and the air blew on us in the bed. Also we asked for an extra blanket at the front desk but never received one

+Location was nice. Staff were very nice.
−The night I checked in I had no hot water in my room, called the front desk and the staff said someone would be up to look at it. No one showed up. Woke up the following morning had hot water but the toilet wouldn’t flush. The shower was intermittent with water. Informed staff they said they would refund my room if I contacted booking. I contacted booking and I have heard nothing now for a week.

−I was double charged for my accommodation, first by Booking.com and then when I left the hotel they also charged me. And now I am getting no cooperation from the hotel to resolve this problem.
