“Good value hotel in quiet location.”
+Good location., quiet but short walk to the river and shops. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Onward taxis arranged for me and staff very helpful. A special thanks to Neelam. Always welcoming, smiling and helpful. A credit to the hotel.
−I found the restaurant and food disappointing. The meal I ordered did not correspond to that which I received. As soon as my food arrived the cleaner decided to wash the floors! Not comfortable.

+The staff were absolutely wonderful - warm, attentive, professional and always willing to help; Satish in particular was incredibly responsive even before I arrived, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable and safe as a solo female traveller. A special thank you to Satish, Deepak, Ashish and Suresh, who were all so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved the location, the delicious dinners and how effortlessly the team helped with transportation and anything else I needed.
−If I had to find something, it would be the cold shower. That said, with the heat and humidity, it was actually quite refreshing!
