+I got there late at night. The hotel arranged a hassle-free airport transfer. The location is ideal for a restful night's sleep because it is near the airport but not in the flight path.

“Solid place to stay after arriving at CMB”
+Hotel Thilon is a fine place to stay after a long flight to Sri Lanka. It's close to CMB airport (10 minute drive) and staff accommodated my early arrival time. Had some issues with my room (A/C and toilet) and staff switched me to better room with zero complaints. Very filling Sri Lankan breakfast. Staff are nice and really want to make the most of your stay.
−Initial room had issues with A/C and toilet but staff switched me to better room with no complaints. Is this a luxury resort? No. But it works for a quick stay after a long flight.
