“Not a good place to stay for families getting up early to hike.”
+Staff were very friendly.
−Rooms - no toilet paper or bin liners. Level of cleanliness was quite low. Very loud at night - live music and loud drunk people in hallways.

“So happy with our stay. Such a warm welcome at the end of a long drive”
+What a welcoming touch - heating on when we arrived - thank you - so cosy! We didn't know what to expect and were pleasantly suprised by so many things: a warm welcome, easy check-in, warm and clean rooms, top-notch restaurant with a cosy, ski-lodge kinda vibe. Fun and friendly bar including live music and DJ. And located in such a lovely little village with picturesque short walks closeby.

“Very relaxing, especially after a long drive from Melbourne”
+As it was off season, it was very quiet. We had Dinner Plains all to ourselves.
−Limited parking. As we were in a large driving group and there was many cars, there was not enough parking for all. Breakfast was slightly bland and there was only instant coffee available

“Disappointing due to no staff to oversee checking in and out and noise levels”
+Location
−No staff around. Other people staying there partied all night, extremely loud making it impossible to sleep
