+Wonderful location in the heart of Florence with most sights within walking distance. There are stairs at the entrance up to the lift, but we rang the bell at the entrance and someone came down to carry our suitcases up the stairs to the lift. Very helpful staff.

+Excellent location; the hotel is situated close to all the attractions tourists seek out in Florence. Impeccable cleanliness: housekeeping was done daily, and towels and bed linen were changed every day (including if you happened to sweat during the night). Professional staff, ready to help in any situation (I reported a bathroom issue at 7 PM, and when I returned to the room two hours later, everything was resolved, the room had been cleaned, and the towels and linens replaced).
−Nothing to complain about.
