“Room was nice and staff was very lovely.”
+Room was clean and the receptionist was very helpful and really nice.
−It says in the description that you provide luggage storage but when I asked to store my luggage for a few hours when checking out I was told you don’t provide it. The receptionist was very lovely and directed me to another one but you should take that out of your description as part of the reason I booked with you was due to luggage storage being provided.
