+Everything about the accommodation was great, from room, cleanliness, food, staff, and location. Although, there was no lifts, contacting concierge was no bother, and they were so polite and accommodating.

“Good conveniently located hotel.”
+Convenient location and very friendly and professional staff.
−No elevator. My mom is 76 and walking up 3 flights of stairs wasn't ideal.

“Value for money.”
+The staff were friendly. Location is accessible to public transportation. Rooms are well maintained. Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Food tastes good.
−No elevators. We had 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have a window. Noises from outside were audible from another room facing/near the main road. This made sleeping uncomfortable.

“The friendliest of staff and a good spot for being at the city centre.”
+This hotel is very convenient being in the centre of Albay, being half way through the commute to Legaspi city centre and Daraga is the main advantage. The room and facilities have been clean and tidy and it's just worth the money. The staff have been the kindest (a quick mention to ate's and kuya's: Jam, Franz, Mikee, Nica, and Maw) and made my stay the most comfortable.
