“We did not stay. We were billed and received nothing, and you failed to protect your customer.”
−We didn't stay, complained to you immediately, and rented elsewhere. You didn't assist us. We have traveled twice since without booking.com.

“Comfortable but very basic”
+Very nice and helpful owner. He called me to tell me he wasn't sure if my car was safe where I parked ir and maybe I should move it. Very clean room bedding and bathroom
−It was good but just SO bare bones. No toiletries at all. No coffee pot nothing to make hot water in. Even microwave was broken.

“Nice place to stay on a roadtrip”
+Right on the highway, easy to find, able to check in at 11 pm , clean
−The beds have wheels and they are not attached to the headboard, kept moving, it would had been nice to have some kind of coffee or tea available to drink when we woke up

“Too cheap for a coffee pot should say it all.”
+Bed was comfortable
−No a/c not even a coffee pot, 1 small shampoo for two people, only one side table, small fridge made an awful noise all night. Had to keep the windows open but no cross wind and all you could hear all night was traffic from the highway and trains
