Moc dobré jídlo v hlavní bufetové restauraci a vynikající menu v restauraci Veranda. Všichni zaměstnanci jsou usměvaví a připraveni pomoci. Perfektní pobyt...
−Kratší doba na výměnu plážových ručníků 10:00-14:00

“Ok, many things to improve”
+Beach
−Overall cleanliness of the facilities (common areas like elevators, children’s playground filled with bird feathers and poo, kids playroom with old dusty toys, had to go to reception to ask for room service every day, as previously came back from beach for kid’s nap to the room not cleaned and all towels on the floor on two occasions). Food (repetitive, often tasteless, boiled veggies with taste of chlorine, drinking water is tap with heavy chlorine taste, limited bottled water per person per day, guests feeding stray cats at the back of the restaurant). Beach towel management (towel exchange far from beach and in limited hours, resulting in you constantly having to carry the towels up the room and back and use yesterday, potentially wet and sandy, towels in the morning before the exchange window opens). Some staff members were borderline rude (apart from the German student lady, who always smiled and was very kind).

+Clean modern property
−- considering this was an all-inclusive, it was very disappointing that bar drinks quality liquors were an up charge. - The one night restaurant option that you can reserve had mediocre food at best. The cafeteria food at the resort was much better.

“overall, lovely beach resort. A fair value really needs to step up their game at the Italian restaurant.”
+Location was excellent. The grounds were very nice as were the rooms. The beach was very nice sitting under the umbrellas. The food in the buffet was very good.
−The exclusive Italian restaurant was not good at all. Some of it wasn’t even palatable. Such a shame since the location was nice and quiet.
