“Great hotel accommodations fun girls weekend.”
+The property was clean. The room was amazing. I love the TV and the bed. Everything was roomy.
−I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about it. The sheets could’ve been softer.

“Didn’t expect much from a hotel I thought was older. Exceeded expectations”
+How clean a freshly remodeled it was, smelled great and bed was nice.
−Bed sheets were a little too scratchy for my liking.

“Call the customer by the name they provide”
+Nothing to say
−Disrespect of staff to NOT use MY NAME as I provided, on the stupid welcome message on the TV. How is it Skyler's job to change MY NAME I provided?!?!?!? He blamed Booking.com. They had my name right in all communication with me. He messed MY NAME up. I really hate excuses. Tell your employees to use the name the CUSTOMER provides, not what the employee thinks it's supposed to be. I am going to another Hampton Inn next weekend and frankly, I dread it and having to deal with another employee that could show me disrespect.

“Good place to rest for the night.”
+Clean, helpful staff
−When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied by someone else. The front desk informed us their system went down and they pretty much didn’t know who was in what room. They gave us a new room pretty quickly, but it was concerning they didn’t know what rooms were occupied.

“The Usual”
+Clean, efficient, not in such a great area, but with a heated pool and spa, even if the pool is a bit small. Breakfast was the usual light fare and there wasn’t any water in the room. Will I stop back here? Only if I have no choice.
