“Incompetence”
+My stay was fine. Friendly staff and clean facility.
−My company booked my stay under their credit card. My card was used for $50 incidental cost. I had no incidental costs. It was to be credited after checkout. When I got my credit card bill, I found that I had been charged for the stay. My employer and I have tried to call repeatedly for a month to resolve the issue. No one ever answers the phones.

“Restless”
+I liked the free breakfast and how clean it was
−I didn’t like when I requested an extra blanket and tissue for my room it took her a hour and a half to bring it. We couldn’t sleep because the people above her room was running and making so much noise all night.
