“Under expectations”
+No soap. One of the rooms has the bathroom outside. Difficult to find the room due to poor signage.

+The property was lovely. Very clean and quiet. Close to nice beaches and towns. Great for our family visit. We also appreciated the many dining options and pools at the neighboring Marriott resort. The only negative was the broken AC unit in our room. It leaked a lot of water which had already caused damage to the wall and flooring before we arrived. We mentioned it at check-in and stopped using the unit when we noticed the damage. We were told that it was on the list to be repaired.

+Alles ging vlot, vriendelijk personeel. Een beetje ver van supermarkten en winkels. Het toeristisch treintje was echt aangenaam!

“Amazing stay”
+Lovely brand new spacious flats, fully equipped kitchen, nestled between Marriott hotel and Marriott residences. The bonus is that you can use all of the facilities of the Marriott incl the various pools, kids pool with slides etc. You can also eat at the buffet restaurant (you get a 15% discount as a resident). Little train takes you to local beach and back every 15 min. Flamingos much better value than the next door Marriott and since the facilities are shared, I don’t see the point of paying a premium for the Marriott ! The complex is quite secluded so you need a car to get around. 10-15 min drive from albufeira, and Zoomarine theme park.
