“Price and location were important. Bed & restroom were clean. Carpet not so much.”
+The staff was friendly, the important stuff was clean and it was quiet and next door to a good Mexican Restaurant.
−I think the place could use a little updating to be rated higher. Carpet could have been cleaner.
