“Most enjoyable, as before. Easy and relaxing. The staff could not have done more.”
+The buffets were super and the staff there were always on hand to help and advise. The girls who cleaned our room were cheerful and delightful, and the concierge, reception and front entrance staff were all brilliant.
−It is important to us to have good reading lights above our beds. Both of ours were faulty, which we reported. One was dealt with simply by the electrician, the other was difficult as the "stem" would not stay in position. The man did his best with some glue but it didn't work. I would want to ensure at a future stay that these lights functioned properly.
