“Great staff”
+I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredible and truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout. We had all our meals there, and the buffet-style food was consistently really good with plenty of options. The pool area was also lovely with a nice view
−The only downside wasn’t the hotel’s fault, the road from Kandy had been damaged by landslides, which made getting there quite difficult. The rooms were okay overall, though some renovation would definitely improve the experience.
