“Great location however wouldnt stay here again”
+The lcoation was good for what we needed, close to where our family lived. The staff were nice.
−They put us in a room directly next to a lift so the first night we got no sleep, the lift was so loud in our room, very disappointing as we had a big day the following day. When asking to be moved rooms the following morning they explained how the lift doesn’t go during the week night but they need to let people use it on weekends so they must be aware of the problem. We also couldn’t get the tv apps to work on either rooms tv, just kept coming up saying check cables are attached correctly. Shower went cold the first morning after a few mins

“Clean and comfortable”
+Very clean and bed was comfortable. There was a slight smell when we walked in which went after being aired out leaving the bathroom window open. Otherwise everything was great. Bathroom is slightly dated but clean and everything you need for the price.
−Everything was great.

+*meant to share that a glass broke in our room 321 in the bathroom. Apologise. I meant to tell when I checked out but it slipped my mind. No one was hurt.
−Bed not super comfy…. Breakfast not great. Sausages over cooked, egg undercooked… milk warm on cereal….

“overpriced for what I required. Its good for families but probably won't stay there again”
+roomy for 1 person, the kitchenette facility was good. aircon in both rooms was good. Room was cleaned every day.
−no drawer storage for clothes only a handing wardrobe which was small. no lift to the top floor only stairs. breakfast was very basic and the same every day. the first blind in the bedroom was broken and let in the lights from the car wash next door.
